We are a local technology service provider serving Calaveras County and surrounding areas and is dedicated to providing quality service to individuals and business owners who do not have dedicated technology staff on hand to address their Computer Services / Repair, Web Design / Maintenance and Programming needs.

Some of What We Do

Computer Repair
We can troubleshoot and repair computer problems caused by software and/or hardware failures. Whether your getting the "Blue Screen", it just won't start or is just running slower than it should, we can help.

Virus and Spyware Removal
We can detect and remove viruses, spyware / adware and malware from your computer. We will also recommend and implement ways to help prevent future problems. Viruses and other malware can threaten the security of your personal data and can also severely affect the performance of the computer often causing it to behave erradically or slowly.

Software Help
We can install and support your software. If you have software that needs installed and are not comfortable installing it yourself, we can help.

Data Recovery & Backup
We can help you recover lost data in the event of data loss and help you form a Backup plan to prevent future data loss. Did you know that accidentally deleted files and files on a corrupt hard drive can often still be recovered? Give us a call today!

Internet Setup
We can help you set up your Cable or DSL internet. Did your ISP send you a box with a modem and some wires and you are not quite sure what to do? We can help you get setup.

Wireless Internet
We can help you setup your laptop or PC for wireless internet. You can have the freedom of sitting on your couch or back porch with your laptop while surfing the net or checking email.

Networking
We can help you set up a shared network between multiple computers and printers.

Free Pick-Up / Delivery Within Service Area

We come directly to your location (home or business) to pick up your computer or laptop, fix it, and return it at no additional cost. In most cases, your computer will be returned to you within 24-48 hours. Service is just a call away! We can fix some things at your location, but due to time it takes for utilities and scans to run, in most cases it is cheaper for you if we work on the computer at our location.

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Rates

Standard Rates

$ 80 Per Hour – One Hour Minimum

Time is billed in quarter hour increments after the first hour. Most computer repair problems can be fixed for between $100 and $200.

Advance notice is given for any work resulting in a cost to you exceeding $160.

Emergency Rates

$ 120 Per Hour – Two Hour Minimum

Emergency Rates apply to expedited service performed outside regular business hours during the evening and/or weekend. You will be notified up front if Emergency Rates apply.

Service Area

Our standard service area for computer troubleshooting and repair include the following areas:

Highway 4 from Copperopolis to Bear Valley
Highway 49 from San Andreas to Sonora
Highway 12 – Valley Springs

A travel fee of $1.15 per mile (to and from) applies to locations outside these general areas. You will be notified in advance if this applies.
