We offer multiple ways for business customers to save including discounted pre-paid hours and our maintenance contract / retainer plan.

Pre-Paid Hours Plan

This plan is for customers that want the discount rate, but do not want to participate in a retainer program.  Hours may be purchased starting with a minimum of 10 hours at 20% off the standard hourly rate.  Customers participating in this plan can purchase the hours at a rate of $64/Hour.  The hours do not expire and can be used as needed.

 

Retainer Plan (Premium Customer Care)

This plan allows the customer to pay CalaverasIT a predetermined monthly amount to handle their specific needs.  The Customer and CalaverasIT will meet to determine what the customer needs are (e.g. How many computers, how many servers, how many staff etc.) and an estimated number of monthly hours service will be determined.  These hours can then be purchased at 20% off the standard hourly rate.  Customers participating in this plan can purchase the hours at a rate of $64/Hour based on the hours estimated.  Every three months the Customer and CalaverasIT can meet to review the hours and either increase or decrease the agreed amount as needed.  Either party can terminate the agreement at any time.

 

The higher emergency rates for evenings and weekends do not apply to Retainer Plan customers.  As part of the Premium Customer Care provided for Retainer Plan customers, CalaverasIT will make every reasonable effort to drop everything and attend to the customer as quickly as possible when called upon.
